Preparing for a big event
- Connect the streaming device to your router by cable for the steadiest signal
- Restart the app a few minutes before kick-off to refresh channels
- Keep other bandwidth-heavy devices off the network
If the stream buffers during a peak
At very busy moments, live streams can slow. First, pause for a few seconds so it can catch up. If it still struggles, switch the stream to a lower quality, or try another channel number for the same event if one exists.

Many broadcasts are also available in the on-demand library shortly after they air, so you can rewatch or catch a fixture you missed.
