What you need to begin
- Your login details (sent by email and WhatsApp right after checkout)
- Any compatible device: smart TV, phone, tablet, laptop, or a stream box like a Firestick
- An internet connection — we recommend at least 25 Mbps for smooth 4K
Step 1 — Install the app
Open the app store on your device and search for the player app we recommend in your welcome email. Most popular players work with our service, and we’ll point you to the easiest one for your device.
Step 2 — Sign in with your details
Open the app and enter the server URL, username and password from your welcome email. Take care to type them exactly, including capital letters and any dashes. If sign-in fails, check you’re not copying spaces around the credentials.
Step 3 — Start watching
You’re in. Browse the live guide, search the on-demand library, and open anything to play. You can install the app on all your own devices and switch freely — just one stream at a time on the basic plan.
