What internet speed do I need?
For a smooth HD picture, we recommend at least 10–15 Mbps. For 4K UHD, 25 Mbps or more. A wired connection always helps.
How do I get my login after I order?
Right after your payment is confirmed, our team sends your login and setup guide — usually within minutes, at most a few hours.
Do the plans auto-renew?
No. Your plan runs for the length you pick and simply ends. If you want to keep going, you renew manually — nothing is ever charged without you choosing it.
