PixelStreamHub provides access to live TV channels, sports, and on-demand movies and series delivered over the internet. Channel line-ups, content, and features may change over time and may vary by plan.
You are responsible for keeping your account and activation details confidential. You agree not to share, resell, or sublicense your subscription. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscription fees are shown at checkout and are charged in advance for the billing period you select. Unless cancelled, plans may renew at the end of each period. You authorise us, or our payment partners, to charge the applicable fees using your chosen payment method.
We may offer free trials at our discretion. Trials are intended to let you evaluate the service and may be limited in duration or features. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw trial offers at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility depends on the plan and the circumstances. If you experience a problem, contact our support team and we will work with you to resolve it.
You agree to use the service lawfully and only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to copy, record, redistribute, rebroadcast, or resell any content, circumvent security measures, or use the service in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
All trademarks, logos, software, and website content are the property of PixelStreamHub or its licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without prior written permission.
We work hard to provide a reliable, high-quality service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Service may occasionally be affected by maintenance, upgrades, third-party networks, or factors beyond our control.
Our service may rely on or link to third-party networks, applications, or content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those third parties.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelStreamHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PixelStreamHub operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
